Shipping & Fulfillment Timeframes
Adapters & Cables
- Standard Shipping: Orders will typically ship within 2 business days, but this may extend to 5 business days during peak times.
- Express Shipping: Orders placed with express shipping will be dispatched by the next business day at the latest.
Starlink Mini Rooftop, Magnet, or Quick Change Kits
- Standard Shipping: Kits will typically ship within 3 business days, but this may extend to 6 business days during busy periods.
- Express Shipping: Orders placed with express shipping will ship within 3 business days.
Click & Collect
- Braeside, Victoria Location
- Adapters & Cables: Place your order and let us know in the checkout notes if you need same-day pickup. Our fulfillment team will prioritise your order and notify you when it’s ready for collection, keeping in mind orders late afternoon may not be ready until the following business day.
- Roof Mount Kits: We keep all components in stock, but kits are assembled onsite, requiring at least one business day for assembly and drying. To avoid disappointment, especially in December, please plan ahead. You’ll be notified once your order is ready. If you have specific timing needs, feel free to call our store to explore possible options for expediting your order.

Stock Assurance & Refund Policy
We’re committed to meeting the above timeframes. Between November 28 and December 22, if we fail to ship your order on time, you may request to cancel your order for a full refund if done before the shipping consignment is issued.

Due to call volume we are able to return all calls missed, although this is normally our policy at all other times of the year.
