The Australian-made and certified under the Australian Made Campaign (Licence 18634), our ultra-durable, original HDPE Starlink Mini 2-Part Protective Case is designed to protect your Starlink Mini from sun, hail, harsh weather, tree branch scratches, and road debris. It can be universally mounted on a car roof rack, caravan roof, boat, or other recreational vehicles with any of our supplied mounting kits or make your own and save money if you are handy!

Highly customisable by its owner due to its HDPE construction, this case can be purchased on its own, allowing you to drill your own holes and route cables as needed, or you can opt for our pre-installed cable solution for plug-and-play convenience. It can be mounted on any of the 50mm high side edges using our supplied brackets or your own custom-made brackets and be drilled into up to 30mm from the sides deep. It can be secured to a caravan roof or vehicle roof rack in the same way a solar panel would be mounted, ensuring maximum versatility.

Most importantly this case just works (and protects), this is the lightest protective case on the market. Designed in white and rigorously tested under extreme Australian sun and dry heat, it offers unmatched durability and performance. DC DC 12V to Starlink Mini Buck Converter

Adding this to your kit ensures even when your 12V power source is weak or inconsistent it will addresses the common voltage drop issue that may occur with smart alternators or wet cell 12V batteries below 80% charge. If you’re using a 24V DC system, the booster is not necessary. Additionally, with this booster, you can extend your cable length up to 15 meters while maintaining stable voltage for your Starlink Mini. Eg. Adding anderson extension from the kit to your power supply.

We can include an unactivated Starlink Mini in your pre-built kit, but Starlink's pricing is often more competitive. If you prefer a pre-built option, we recommend ordering your Starlink Mini directly from Starlink.com and shipping it to All Terrain Action at 3/20 Canterbury Road, Braeside VIC 3195, under your name so we can match it up at the time of building. Cable Gland

If you've chosen not to include a cable and termination with your Starlink Mini case in this kit, would you like us to provide a cable gland to thread and pass through your own DC cable? We will not drill any holes and only supply the gland for your own installation.

Cable with Termination Choice

Select your preferred 12V or 24V DC termination option, all of which include a Starlink Mini connector housed within the case, designed to connect to your Mini using the standard Starlink Mini waterproof gasket. Important: If you opt not to include this item, you will need to wire your own cable and drill the necessary holes into the Starlink Mini case this is recommended only for those with 12V auto electrical skills.

With the release of Starlink Mini in Australia, designed to enhance your simple usability when using Starlink Mini on the road, at camp or while touring around Australia without the need of inverters or bulky power requirements.

When purchasing the Starlink Mini it comes standard with an AC power cable from Starlink and no 12V cable but the Starlink Mini does support powering directly on DC supply and we can supply a cigarette lighter socket adapter with a 2-meter cable, capable of delivering up to 100W over your 12V power our of your directly directly. This setup is ideal for use with USB-C PD compatible power banks or connecting to a car or caravan’s 12V power supply. We are currently supplying these to USA customers who are using the Starlink Mini currently here.

Additionally, we have designed a robust enclosure for the Starlink Mini (similar to what we have with the v3 but smaller) that are ideal for mounting on vehicle roof racks with T-bolts or any system compatible with T-bolt passthroughs. Safeguard your Starlink Mini against impacts, weather, and abrasive elements, ensuring durability and reliable performance. The complete setup, including our aluminum brackets, weighs approximately 3 kg in total. If purchased with a 12V cable, the cable is supplied through the protective case otherwise if ordered without it is a blank canvas ready for you to put your Starlink Mini inside mounting and doing your own cable work.

Universal Roof Rack Kit: Our kits are designed for easy, plug-and-play installation on any roof rack system compatible with T-bolt passthroughs which are 95% of roof racks on todays market, they are mounted a similar way to maxtrax pins or solar panels.
